Promotes employee giving at the United Way Care Share level or above

Fosters volunteerism and team participation in various Valero sponsored events

Incorporate the idea of Team Valero into everything you do, including volunteerism. Supervisors should encourage their department to work as one team when it comes to impacting the communities in which we live and work. This allows the concept of Team Valero to carry over into our volunteer initiatives.
