The New Employee Integration Program provides supervisors with a standardized process to follow when onboarding a new employee. This program provides resources to support supervisors as they transition a new employee into their role and Valero’s culture.

Supervisors and employees agree that a new employee checklist is an essential resource when integrating into team Valero and their role. The program also provides the New Employee/New Role Scorecard, a tool to document expectations within the first month and facilitate a performance conversation at their first year anniversary. You will receive the New Employee Integration program resources from HR during the pre-employment process.
